More than 40% of our energy consumption is used to maintain buildings, so energy efficiency in buildings is particularly important. Since 1 January 2009, all new buildings and buildings for public use (state and municipal) are required to have an energy certificate. Legislation was introduced following an EU recommendation and made energy certification mandatory from 2012, even for old buildings.
The purpose of the energy certificate is to provide buyers with credible information on the energy quality of the building or flat and on the necessary and feasible renovation and modernisation proposals.
Már csak idő kérdése és ingatlanhirdetés sem adható fel anélkül, hogy fel ne tüntessük az energetikai besorolást! Legyen jogkövető, ezzel megelőzve egy későbbi reklamációt vagy jogi vitát és az adásvételt követően nyugodtan alhat, nem kell tartania szabálysértési eljárástól, szankcióktól. A tanúsítvány érvényességi ideje 5 év!
